Team Leader Job Description
The role of the Team Leader is to manage the day to day running of the team on shift in ensuring all aspects of the operation is completed in a customer focused, secure and cost effective way. The Team Leader has both people management responsibilities as well as customer contact. The Team Leader acts as a point of escalation for issues that arise during the shift and works as part of the overall site management team.
- Previous experience in managing people

- Experience of working in a logistics/operations environment
- Proficient in Excel Word and Outlook
