Key responsibilities

• Liaising with customer via telephone & email to support with queries
• Supporting planning and touting busy same day network of vehicles
• Support the sales team
• Responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
• Support the team by covering holiday periods
• Regular travel to other SameDay locations to support

• Great written and verbal communication
