    Role summary:

    Our Customer Service Advisors live our customer promise – Delivered Exactly - by delighting our customers each and every time. This role, through proactive and timely actions, provides fantastic service to a wide range of interesting and demanding customers.  Working alongside our operational and account management teams you will be able to positively influence our customers’ needs and resolve any potential issues.

     

    Key responsibilities:

    • Receive and handle all inbound, internal and external customer queries and manage through to resolution for specific customer accounts
    • Action all customer queries in line with the required processes and service level agreements
    • Work as part of a team to ensure great customer service delivery – every time
    • Engage proactively with service centres to ensure customer requirements are received and actioned
    • Recognise and deal with queries, requests and problems in line with our customer account requirements
    • Identification and action of escalation issues
    • Undertake any other customer account support duties as required

    Role summary:

    To provide costings and support details required by immediate management as needed

    Key responsibilities:

    • To provide management information relating to performance and SLA’s.
    • To provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis
    • To manage payment of contractors via Excel spreadsheet and DXE CoFee payment portal
    • To manage and record all adhoc’s via a manual workbook
    • To deal with contractor payment queries and requests
    • To report all payments and adjustments to Finance weekly and Management daily
    • To use Excel spreadsheets to unable all data analysis (knowledge of formulas would be preferred)

    Overall Purpose of the Role:

    • This role will be part of Credit function responsible for Cash Collection for the DX Network Services Limited.
    • Responsible for helping maximising cash collections and delivering reduced debtor days for the relevant companies, and improving and developing the current processes and procedures.
    • This role will liaise with other departments to collate information to produce relevant and informative reports to the senior management team, and escalating payment issues to relevant senior management.
    • The role will be responsible for monitoring unallocated exposures and direct debit cancellations for the relevant company providing debtor risk management information and expertise across the group, minimising the group’s exposure to bad debt risk.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Prompt identification of customer payment issues and prompt and accurate notification.
    • Effective communication with sales and operations teams to assist with problematic accounts.
    • Preparation of rolling cash flow forecasts as required.
    • Preparation and issue of weekly and monthly KPIs and debt reports.
    • Monitoring ledger for prompt identification of, and regular feedback on, potential bad debts.
    • Develop and maintain good relationships with other departments within the organisation.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

    • Problem solving abilities; able to facilitate discussions.
    • Operational knowledge of the DX business and product base differentials.
    • Able to identify and focus on key priorities.
    • Planning and organising skills.
    • Strong numeric and analytical skills and providing particular attention to detail.
    • Microsoft (excel, word, email, access, powerpoint.)

    Role summary:

    DX Warehouse Operatives are responsible to ensure the safe and efficient unloading and loading of freight from vehicles into, and from the site. They will also support the delivery operation to ensure the correct freight is loaded to complete the delivery routes.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Represent DX in a professional manner at all times
    • Follow all aspects of DX Manual Handling and safe working policies, including the correct use of all PPE
    • Observe and adhere to all DX procedures and policies at all times
    • Handle all freight with care and attention
    • Access and egress vehicles using the correct means
    • Use the correct equipment and methods for handling and moving all freight
    • Ensure all deliveries are loaded safely prior to leaving the site
    • Report all damages immediately to your line manager
    • Ensure all freight being loaded or unloaded matches relevant paperwork / scanner information
    • Ensure that customers freight is transported, stored safely and treated with respect
    • Ensure the security of freight and company assets by reporting any suspicious activity to your line manager or the security team
    • Ensure the warehouse is kept tidy and H&S issues are reported immediately
